Got a great deal on a customized server that was less than comparable servers elsewhere. Server was shipped quickly and had no problems upon receipt. Will definitely use them again.

Primarily the value, but found out it was the service. After my due diligence on researching the company, I purchased a server with 56 cores, 768gb of ram and space for 16 drives. Plus 3 video cards and 2 10GB nics for ~3,700. We bought another one immediately. But the guys were also quick to answer questions, provided updates and everything went smoothly. So--for a 2 fully customized server, from order to delivery in about a month and great service. I highly recommend these guys.

I made my first purchase from NewServerLife, a Dell R640. I received it recently, communication was solid during build and shipping, and the server was in perfect working order when I stood it up. Not only that, it was the price price I could find after shopping several competitors. Great experience and highly recommend.

I have ordered 2 servers from New Server Life and both have been excellent. It took a little longer for them to build what I needed, but they made sure the server was done right.

If you're in the market for reliable, cost-effective servers with robust support, NewServerLife is worth considering. Communication with them was prompt and they kept me up to date on the status of my order. The Dell R730xd arrived in great condition Saturday and everything tested perfectly.
