Five stars all the way for Newly Renovated, Inc!
I hired them to renovate an investment property that has been in my family since it was originally built in 2008, so it was important to me that the project was handled with care. I couldn't be happier with the results. The Team Erik (Owner): Truly a pleasure to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every detail clearly. What I appreciated most was his proactive approach—he was always looking out for potential liabilities and ensured I was protected throughout the process. He was fair, honest, and presented all available options so I could make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Kevin (Project Manager): Kevin was a total joy to work with. He is extremely dependable and consistently went above and beyond to ensure the project stayed on track. His dedication to getting the job done right was evident every day. The Verdict If you are looking for a team that combines expertise with genuine integrity, look no further. They treated my family property with respect and delivered high-quality work. Highly recommended!

We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave this kind review; and thank you for the thoughtful detail you shared about your experience with our team! Your project is a great example of what we set out to do at Newly Renovated Inc. every single day. This was an investment property in Daly City that had been in your family since 2008, a tenant turnover situation that left real wear on the home, and an owner who needed a team that would handle it with both expertise and genuine care. That combination of circumstances calls for more than contractors who can swing a hammer. It calls for a team that communicates clearly, anticipates problems before they become liabilities, and lays out every option so the owner can make confident, informed decisions without feeling the pressure. We are especially glad that Erik's proactive approach and Kevin's on-the-ground dedication came through the way they did. Those qualities are what Newly Renovated Inc. is built on every day, and hearing them recognized by name means everything to us as a team. Thank you for trusting us with a property that matters to your family. We hope the renovation sets it up for a strong next chapter, and we look forward to being your go-to team whenever the need arises. Erik and the Newly Renovated Inc. Team | San Francisco, CA
