I have purchased Aluminum fence from this company and I love the product and customer service

STARS. THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT BAD, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE PRICES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY SELL. I FOUND OTHER PLACES IN Hialeah WITH MUCH BETTER PRICES. THE STAFF WAS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE ASKING FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WRITING IT DOWN MANUALLY. VERY POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Excellent selection and fast delivery

My experience of this company has been frustrating, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. Extremely slow delivery – far longer than expected for a company claiming to be premium. Poor product quality – basic defects such as eyeholes not being punched through, a side panel arriving damaged, and missing parts, making assembly difficult or impossible. For a company marketing itself as high-end and prestigious, the standard of both product and service is shockingly low. Months of chasing, multiple emails, and unfulfilled assurances have left me feeling ignored and undervalued. Not recommended.

Great selection of PVC Marble Wall panels, Acoustic wall panels and composite Fencing.
