NewflashsaleReviews of newflashsale.com

Similar to other reviewers - I ordered a kitchen table. I received confirm of shipment (20 lbs! ha!) and then confirmation of delivery. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PACKAGE -- not even the 20lb package that says was delivered. I finally googled "newflashsale complaints" and realized that I'd fallen for a scam. So frustrating. AND I really need a table!!

Thank you to all the other people who previously shared their scam from this company because of you people I realized how they work. Thankfully, I was able to stop UPS from delivering the packages (8 in total) to the person receiving the items. I like Mrs Pinero ordered a table that should be 271 LBS, the package stopped was 20 LBS. The PayPal confirmation of my tracking package has my name, address, & product ordered shown BUT the seller put in notes that obviously overrides what is shown. I hate to be racist- but the name was not a typical American name - but 100% foreign on who UPS was supposed to deliver to today. Here is PayPal’s direct contact information for scams. PayPal 888-221-1161 : 24 hour phone number Complaint-response@paypal I hope others here use this info to get their money back. Update 12/23/2019 PayPal denied my request to refund my money BUT after I resubmitted all my documentation- including letter from UPS showing the tracking number I had matched a shipment to a legitimate business for uniforms, weighing 20 Lbs when the table I bought specifications was weight of 271 Lbs. They then granted my request to refund $1200 to my account. Try to get UPS to give you a copy of the REAL shipping itinerary with items and weight. PayPal Resolution team said to contact them again. Keep calling UPS : my case # you can give them to see it was fraud (1- 141694495689 or possibly the number after the dash starting with 141). Maybe after holiday UPS will be more responsive. I sent UPS my tracking which describes the table I bought, they obviously figured out 20 Lbs wasn’t the table described and also sent them picture with specifications.

Scam site, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this site. I had the same experience, purchased NOCO GB40 car battery jumper. I got a tracking number and as everyone else that got scammed, it said it was delivered by UPS. I have a security system with cameras and UPS was never at my house at the"delivery time" There is no way to contact newflash sale. Stay clear of this site

Exact same scam as others stated. I bought using Paypal so I would be protected in event a scam. Bought a console table that weighed 71 pounds. Paypal sent me a tracking number for the order so I thought all was legit. Then I track the package the day it was suppose to be delivered. Showed delivered but I never received it. I call UPS and they said contact seller because it is showing as delivered. All while the UPS driver is outside my house and didn't have it. I tried to contact the seller and guess what disconnected phone number and undeliverable email address. So I called UPS back. They give me the address and say that it was shipped to a different address. So I requested a copy. It shows it was from a totally different seller to totally different people's name at a totally different address....and the icing is that it is showing as a 2 pound package and NOT 74 pounds like it was suppose to be. Paypal weaseled out and closed the case because the seller provided a bogus tracking number. What a con!!!! You better pray I never find out who you are!!!!!

I was scammed also after ordering a fish locator that says it was shipped to my house.. ups said it was a duplicate tracking number and I was scammed. Grrrr

Same exact experience as the other person who ordered the cricut.

Virtually identical experience as reviewer above- My item was a piece of furniture weighing about 150 lbs. The UPS shipment indicated a package was sent to me weighing 1 lb, and delivered to my zip code. Upon further investigation, this 1lb item was sent to a random address sharing my zip code. The price was also “too good to be true”. Caveat Emptor!

Awful!!! I ordered a cricut machine because it was cheap, should have known better. No confirmation email, no way to creat an account. I paid through PayPal which is how I knew my package was shipped shortly after my money was withdrawn. I had a tracking number for a package that was too light, addressed to a man, and addressed to a completely different address. I tried to contact the seller but every email I could find related to this website just came back to me saying error. I contacted PayPal and the sided with the seller because the package that was attached to the tracking number was delivered but I still did not get what I had purchased. I disputed my charge with my bank. Do not waste your time on this scam!!!
