Incredible service from the whole team
Incredible service from the whole team I ordered a long coat from New & Lingwood, but unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock in my size. They even checked their New York store to see if they had one there and could send it to me in the Netherlands. In the end, they only had a size 46, which was not my size. Instead of leaving it there, they offered to completely tailor the coat to my perfect size, free of charge. I want to thank the whole New & Lingwood team for arranging this, and especially Ash for his great customer service and David for the tailoring. Really incredible service and an incredible brand. You don’t find this level of personal service very often anymore. Thank you again!
