Did not come on time as advertised
Did not come on time as advertised. In the middle of a return for a refund with no response. I received it the day of the wedding and I ordered in 30 days in advanced and paid for expedited shipping. I returned in the following with less than 5 business days and it show ed received on their end a couple days after. I used the instructions that were given to me from them that they sent via email. It has now been over a week after the return was received and still no contact or sight of refund from my return and I have reach led out every day this week. Be careful ordering with this company they lack customer service and never delivers on time regardless of what shipping you pay for. Will be filing with the BBB and possibly small claims if they won’t be giving me my refund or even a response.
