I spent $5.7K with this company to remove job related legal search results. They claimed sites could either be removed or pushed down by a suppression campaign. I entered into 2 different contracts promising this. Neither worked and they keep asking for more money. False verbal promises and not meeting terms of their contract. Next step is the BBB since I have not received a refund.

Dear Brian Thank you for sharing your concerns. You had two campaigns with us: one in early 2023 for $1,800 removals and a different campaign for $4,800 suppression. We provided a $900 refund on the removals campaign in June of 2023 because it had a 90-day guarantee, and one of the 2 links selected was unable to be removed. You returned to us in November 2023, several months after that refund, and signed up for the suppression campaign. The online suppression campaign aimed to reduce the visibility of 3 specific negative URLs by promoting positive assets. Due to the dynamic nature of search engine results, complete and permanent suppression cannot be guaranteed. However, we did push 2 of the 3 links off the first page within the first 90 days. We did not leave you hanging after that; we offered a 90 day courtesy extension and saw further positive movement. Your contract clearly states: "The deliverables listed are intended for a 3-month campaign. For campaigns shorter than 12 months, a Maintenance Plan is recommended to sustain results. A $300 yearly fee is required to maintain your multi-page personal website. Keeping the website active is crucial to maintaining the results." Without ongoing maintenance, suppression effects can diminish over time. We understand your frustration, but maintaining results requires continued effort. All of the digital assets we created were handed over to you during an offboarding meeting, and instructions were given so that you or another firm can continue the necessary activity to build authority to the nine positive assets on page 1, to finish the job. There was no immediate reversion to your results once we stopped our work, as you claim. Instead, the most challenging link remains in the middle of page one of your search results. Regarding your refund request, we stand by the work completed per the contract terms. We are open to discussing potential solutions to address your concerns, but please keep in mind that further work will involve additional costs. We have explained this on several occasions. We have not ignored your phone calls or emails as you stated on the BBB. You can continue to attack us on review sites, but it will not change how search engines work, and we will not give a refund based on your threats when one is not owed.

I dealt with Brian and i got a rough quote via text message and when i wanted him to send me a formal quote he refused and wasted my time! bad customer experience right out of the gates. Can only imagine what the rest of the experience would be like. Stay away...

I would pay this company with caution. I do believe they tried to give me the service they promised to remove or hide the negative article. After 8 months many emails and many phone calls of which many were never returned, they have failed to do either. They did post some articles. All posted below the article that was supposedly going to be hit. Use a company that has you pay after the service has been rendered. I paid them $2,500 for a service that has not been rendered. Dont make the same mastake I did. I read the contract carefully, and it seems sound. unfortunately I cannot find the original contract.

Neva, you paid us to remove an article from the clinicalcannabistoday.com site which we removed. We also removed another article at no additional cost. The article you did not pay for is https://www.times-standard.com/2012/04/13/nearly-500-marijuana-plants-seized-in-mckinleyville/ which wasn't removed. I can send you the contract which is very clear you only paid for clinicalcannabistoday link and no mention of additional articles. I'm sorry you thought otherwise but it's very clear highlighted in blue bold letters in the contract the link you paid for.

I originally hired this company to remove false allegations about my sexual assault from blog sites. I was quoted a price, given a contract that stated they'd have it removed in 90 days or less or I'd get a refund, and I paid. As months gone by I continued to email for updates and to see if they needed any additional info from me. Several emails went ignored for long periods of time which then caused me to call in. I spoke with a guy who stated he was either the owner or head of the company and that he had been working hard to get the blog posts removed and he asked me if I had a police record to show that would help to get the blog posts removed quicker. I emailed him a copy of the police report as well as the document from the DA of my attacker admitting guilt for my rape and home invasion as well as two other rapes and a murder he committed. Mind you, its difficult enough to have lived being rape, to then have to provide a court document to further prove what happened to me. They still didn't remove the items. After the 90 days I emailed again asking for a full refund, no response. Then I remembered seeing an email from net reputation.com asking m to leave a review, which I did. As soon as it posted I received an email for a full refund. Again, they refunded me AFTER the review. Since my initial review, which I've been asked to update or face legal action, I've been called multiple times about updating this review from their accounting department as well as legal council. Now mind you, I never received this much communication from them when I initially paid them the $2500 for their services. But, now because of this review I get calls from them weekly. All in all, I won't be using them again, the communication was lacking and more than that, it took a review for them to give me a refund. And, they CONSTANTLY call me about this freaking review yet failed to put this much effort into removing the blog posts that I paid them for. Again, they did refund me AFTER my initial review was posted, not before when I emailed them asking for the refund. But, I do have my money back.

Sept 42019 Netreputation.com called . about 12:04pm to sell us reputation management services. After asking if they could remove blank one star reviews on google the answer was evasive. We asked can you guarantee it. They said no( using a much longer answer) We said not interested put us on your do not call list. Immediately received NonStop called from caller id “unknown”. The first few times it rang i said “put us on your do not call list.” They kept calling. After it was 10 times i called back Netreputation the same salesman answered. I said if you dont stop harrasing us i will post negative reviews everywhere of your company. ( Because their harassing behavior would not stop- and nobody should be harassed if they dont want to do business. The salesman in a hostile tone said “you just called and threatened us.” “I said your calls must stop!” It Gets Worse: Today. - the next day- Sept 5 2019 i see within 5 minutes of their calls. There were 2 new google “1 star” reviews with no text. The exact situation i had asked if they could guarantee they could fix. One from Eric Stine and one from Cordelle Donnely Is this Blackmail so you call them back and pay them for their services? We go above and beyond offering outstanding service and support to people who come in to our office for our aesthetic services. There were other businesses who were reviewed by those same two people - who left blank one star reviews. In my opinion there is evidence of a pattern and practice of leaving negative reviews to “encourage” businesses to call Netreputation back for their services. I considered giving in. I decided to trust in God and not give in to these tactics. My caller id showed calls coming from REPUTATION FIRM.
