got a new laptop and tried to install…
got a new laptop and tried to install netpics and slack. ran into all sorts of problems. i emailed mike r and he had eric p call me to help solve the issues. eric spent about 35 minutes with me, sent some email help as well. when all was said and done, IT WORKED ! thank you eric for your patience and help, i appreciated it.

Quickly diagnosed the problem and did the proper steps to get to the correct installation, which I had failed to do. All in less than 10 minutes, start to finish. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks again, Eric
