Victor, super efficient and friendly is going straight to Camille, who looked after you. A stain should never get past us, so that one was on us. For anyone reading, every order gets a photo before the parcel is sealed, sent together with the tracking, and every reply comes from a real person in your own language. And if something does leave here with a fault, we fix it at no cost to you, just as Victor describes. - Sophie

- Lena

Jamie, this was an extremely rare case where your parcel was held up in customs, and out of respect for you and for your grandchildren's birthday, we have already refunded your order in full to your original payment method. For you and for anyone reading, these are the facts. Your order was handed to the carrier on 17 September, and that same day you received a photo of it taken before the parcel was sealed, together with the tracking. It was held in UK customs until 8 October, when it was cleared, so our email that day saying it had cleared customs was true. Since then the carrier has kept it at its warehouse and has not handed it over to Royal Mail, which is why neither Royal Mail nor Parcelforce has any record of it. This delay came from customs and the carrier, not from us. We followed your parcel at every stage and supported you by email the whole time, but a customs delay is something nobody can control, not you and not us. To anyone reading this, please understand that this was an extremely rare case. Jamie's order should have arrived long ago, and under normal circumstances none of this would ever have happened. - Sophie

Sorry both the wait and the fit let you down on this one. Every shirt is made to order and ships internationally, so delivery usually takes two to three weeks, and three to four is longer than it should be. On size, going one up isn't a rule that works across the whole range. The Player Edition is cut close to two sizes narrower through the chest than the standard fit, which is why every product page has its own size chart with the measurements, and why we'd rather you message us before ordering than guess. There's no name or order number on this review, so we can't find your order from here. Send the order number to [email protected] and we'll go through it with you. - Sophie

Helen, a week without an answer, when we tell people to expect one within two working days, is on us, and you were right to call it out. Slow as it was, you were never going to be left without a reply. We've been in touch by email and your request is being sorted there. You made it on 20 September, well inside the return window, so the time we took doesn't count against you. Good to hear the quality held up, and for anyone reading, the standard range runs a little small, so if you're between sizes, go one up. - Sophie

Joao, that's a proper breakdown, cheers for writing it out. The badges are the part people doubt from a photo, they're layered with real depth instead of a flat stitched patch, which is why they read differently in the hand. Free customisation isn't a promo either, every shirt goes out with the name and number you choose at no extra cost. Same with the photo before we bag it, that one is standard on every single order, we would rather you see it before it ships than after. Everything is made to order and ships internationally, which is where your fifteen days went, and we are still trimming that down. Worth knowing the ladder you used runs higher now, it keeps stepping past seven. Enjoy the seven. - Sophie

Joseph, this genuinely made our week. Thank you for taking the time to write all of that. Lucia will be over the moon when she reads it, I'll make sure she sees it today. Three orders in and still happy is the best thing anyone can tell us. Whenever you're ready for the next one, you know where to find us. Sophie
