Neticlimo agreed upon pricing and service dates and times over a month before our service. Once the refund timeline expired, they changed the terms of our agreement, asking for triple the original cost, and then said they won’t give refunds within 10 days of the service. This place is a scam do not book with them

This place is fraudulent. I paid $370 in advance for a ride to JFK. They sent an email in the middle of the night canceling and 3 weeks and several emails later won’t refund me.
