Hi Tamilore. Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We love to hear from our customers. Your item was ordered on August 17th and delivered to you in the USA from Italy on August 23rd. This means it took 6 days to deliver which, we concur, leaves us an opportunity for improvement. We are working hard to reduce our delivery windows and to ensure that our customers get their orders in as little as 3 days. Sometimes, this is easier said than done as DHL Express does not pick up on Sundays - as was the case in this situation. Still, we thank you for your feedback as we continue to improve to better serve you!
