5 Star Customer Service
My experience was 5 star from beginning to end. Netdressed followed my package and stayed in touch with me until the dress was hanging in my closet! I am shopping for a weeklong wedding event in a different climate so to have a choice of worldwide brands at incredible prices is gift! To have the excellent customer service is icing on the cake.

This deal was really great
This deal was really great, and the delivery was impressively speedy - it was shipped out the day after I ordered it and arrived at my doorstep just three days later. The customer service was also very attentive and friendly, making this online shopping experience quite enjoyable.

Absolutely outstanding customer…
Absolutely outstanding customer experience!! Sami and her vendor went above and beyond to help me resolve an unforeseen issue and even paid out of their own pockets to ensure it would be taken care of. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Outstanding Customer Service
I purchased a discounted Fendi Peekaboo bag from this site. Initially I was really skeptical about this purchase. But the customer service of this site is really sharp and comforting. Today, I received the delivery. The item is actually amazing, in perfect condition with all the proper packaging and tags.

Really great customer service!
Really great customer service. I ordered a pair of pants from an Italian retailer and the customer service team personally sent me updates with the product’s location. When it arrived and didn’t fit, they helped me arrange the return. I forgot about it for about a week and missed the return window by two days, but they were able to speak with the original retailer and make an exception.

Just got my order from Netdressed. I was doubtful at first as the price was lower than other sites and I had never heard of this site before. My item arrived within 4 days of purchase, complete with brand’s original tags and labels!!Customer service was excellent - fast and very responsive. Big thanks to the Netdressed team – you've won me over. Will definitely shop from them again!
