Was sent the wrong item. It is time consuming and annoying to try and get a refund or exchange. It's been well over a week and I have neither a replacement order nor even a ticket to return the item. Given the low cost of the item, they shouldn't have me waste my time finding somewhere to drop it off.

We purchased CAD scanning powder as advertised online - we observe product was timely delivered but found it is not for use as a clinical product because it has no applicator to direct spray as needed; the spray is unusually cold (alarming patient) and powder residue is insufficient to opacify surface for adequate image capture the very purpose of a scanning powder, These relevant factors were not stated in product info prior to purchase. We ll now learn how tolerant the company is for accepting returns and refunding our account
