I am sure the quality of the product is good, and the price was very good, but it took quite a while for the order to arrive and when I first inquired about it, I never received a response. After that initial request, it still took another couple of weeks to get here. I checked the location and as far as I could see, they are located in my home state.

Customer Service communication is great, but I was sent the wrong item twice! I was told it would be refunded but instead I received another box of the same exact item.

It was very badly parked. The handpeace fell out of the package and rolled all over the box. I haven’t checked the work yet whether or not. This could damage the delivery time.

I couldn't find the size of the denture boxes anywhere on the website, and when they arrived they were too big, and I don't know what to do with them. Please add the dimensions of the boxes so others won't have this same problem. Maybe I can use them for button boxes.
