I ordered 5 boxes of size medium gloves. I received 2 boxes of medium and 3 boxes of x-small. I emailed photos and never heard anything back. I have called them three times so far.

Bought a hygiene handpiece. The handpiece did not keep the disposable prophy angle in place lock . Came out IN THE PATIENT MOUTH. Send back and you returned saying nothing wrong could not return.

It say FREE STANDARD SHIPPING even though there was a charge for shipping
