Tracking orders and delivery dates are never correct. Makes it very difficult to rely on getting products that we need in a timely manner. Also, this forces me to waste time getting in touch with Net32 customer service along with UPS to figure out what is going on with orders. Not the best use of my time. Love the prices but not liking the headaches.
