I The orders come in ok, but it takes several weeks for the order to arrive

The service was great and I received my products quickly. Unfortunately I got an email saying my product was out of stock and a link to order the replacement. So I got a double order of the dental floss. I thought it would be a ribbon floss but is was a very heavy thick floss. Not sure if I was charged for the double order but now I cant use the 6 rolls I got.

Did not have the correct person's name, No purchase order number, no packing slip. Very difficult when you have many employees and orders that come in
