Was not able to do a tax exempt order. There needs to be a way to place a tax exempt order for institutions that are tax exempt and are not able to have tax on their credit cards.

I had ordered 10 rolls of Dental Floss and the box which came slightly open and not secured with tape arrived with only 9 rolls. 1must have fallen out during shipment.

it did not come off the denture as advertised like i had wished iit has. it feels like scrubbing paper has been udef on it. Very discouraging as I thought it would come right iff if i followed directions to a t.
