We ordered two different composites
We ordered two different composites, though the same brand. They shipped from two different companies and one arrived as scheduled and the other was supposed to arrive today but still hasn’t shipped.

We were shorted one bottle of Pen VK 250 mg. Second time in the last few years something was short on our order.

Nonresponsive returns
Received one wrong item, emailed and submitted a request for return or exchange with a photo the same day I received it and stated there would be a response in 24 hours but I have yet to hear from anyone.

Excessive packaging
I ordered a box of 200 disposable gloves. That's it - a single cardboard container with some nitrile gloves that are UNbreakable. It came in a big box, way larger than what was needed, that was filled with a whole bunch of air-filled plastic pillows. Okay, thanks for making sure my order arrived safely, but the packaging is overkill. Now I have a whole bunch of plastic I don't want or need.

Bad shipping and service
Good prices, but the shipping took almost 2 weeks to get to me. Had to order elsewhere. Not company's fault, but when I reached out for help after one week, they were not helpful and did not get back to me like they said.
