I ordered 3 items. One was out of stock. that order was canceled 2 days after I checked out. The second item from the same vendor was also canceled without any explanation. The third item was delivered. It was a WRONG item. I requested a return and refund already. Still waiting for Net32's reply. It is impossible to be satisfied with Net32. Won't you agree?

Net 32 does not have a good cancellation system. A mistake was made on a large order. Immediately I tried to correct the wrong address and payment method and was unable to. Called, sent an email. Numerous of the items still went to the wrong address. Prefer to order on Amazon, as this is easier to correct.
