I couldn’t change the address from a previous order once I started my order and my shipment went to somewhere other than me. Never received the product I paid for

You sent me a box of 50 Fixadent tubes with a 2022 production date. They have a shelflife of three years. I let your CUSTOMER SERVICE department know, their response was to text back pictures of this date, which I did. The response to that, was send back box, I guess at my expense. AND to use a different vendor in the future. Again, not a happy camper! 6/4/25 what you are asking this 79 year old woman to do, is to much trouble! (Ie: print return label/package it up/ take to wherever to mail back! I don’t think so! I just need to stick to what I know will give me a good product to begin with!

Delivered wrong product and never resolved after a complaint.

My order wasn’t mailed until I contacted you to see where it was. When it was mailed it was sent to the wrong address. I STILL DONT HAVE IT. What rating would you give? **UPDATE** I received a package today WITH THE SAME ORDER NUMBER AS MINE with 3 BOXES OF VSP BITE REGISTRATION MATERIAL VANILLA BITE AND AN INVOICE FOR $131.97 THIS IS GETTING MORE RIDICULOUS!

I never received my order which was listed as delivered. This is theft.

I only ordered from this site because they had the best price on latex gloves. Upon receiving them I found out why they were so much cheaper...most of them are dry-rotted(?) and tear before I can even get them on my hands. I emailed the company about returning them but found that I couldn't return open boxes; but how was I supposed to know if all of them were defective without opening them? In the end I decided to keep them all and use what I could, but I won't be ordering from them again as I don't consider this to be a trustworthy company.

I received an item that did not look anything like the picture. It was a completely different item very cheap, strong chemical plastic smell, Velcro pieces were flimsy nothing like those pictured and the photo color trim was not the same either. Don’t order house brand anything - you don’t know what you’ll get. As far as the customer service, they were great - understood & explained everything She sent me a return label right away. Adrianna Persico was professional & I appreciated her swift resolution.
