I placed an order and immediately realized the order was going to be shipped to an old address. I immediately requested to change the address and was told to cancel and reorder. The order was cancelled and I placed a new order. We were charged for both orders and have asked repeatedly to be refunded, but so far we have not been.

Hi I have been a net 32 customer for the past 10 years and I ordered RC sealer and accidentally I ordered it for the wrong shipping address( which was my other office). I immediately in 30 secs canceled the order and the supplier gets back to me that the order cannot be canceled as the order was already filled How can an order get filled in 30 secs Now I am stuck with 6 RC sealers instead of 3 Just not right......
