The program itself is good, but unfortunately the customer service is very poor. I have tried multiple times to contact someone by phone and email for assistance with purchasing a subscription, but I have not received any response. It is very frustrating to be ready to purchase a service and not be able to get the support needed to move forward.

Teaches phonics for kids with dyslexia in a fun and structured way. Hairy reading is fab for the younger ones and reading and spelling are excellent for the upper primary kids. Great website with useful explainers as well. Highly recommended company with a director who knows the difficulties surrounding dyslexia!
