The people who helped me out on Discord (Nathan and MrBoost) were AWESOME help, great people, and really appreciated their patience with me as a new streamer. Explained things very well and are very educated when it comes to this stuff, as I explained the problem and were easily able to help me figure out the problem. Highly recommend!

Bought the new Holographics package that came with a social media addition. I had a difficult time understanding how to make adjustments and Nerd or Die support came through extremely fast to help guide me through it. Great experience with their support team!

I had a small issue in checking out and it kept freezing. Since I didn't get the confirmation email, I thought it wasn't going through and kept trying. On the third try, it did, but about 30 minutes later I got an email from Nathan. He had noticed the triple charge for the same item and promptly put in the refunds for two of the purchases and followed up with me immediately about it, as well as asking exactly what the situation was to hopefully clear it up and avoid having it happen again. Nathan was quick to help and I'm incredibly happy with how the whole situation was handled. Thank you so much to Nathan for being so on point and helping before I even knew I had an issue. 15/10 customer service!!

I bought Glitch 2.0 and Construct chat box. Setup was easy and quite versatile to make my own. The guides were simple and easy to follow. On launch day my viewers loved my new look and it’s helped with viewer retention. The on screen chat construct is aesthetically pleasing and allows those watching my stream later on to engage also.
