NeonxpertReviews of neonxpert.com

I recommend NeonXpert as amongst the best boutique online companies I have ever purchased from. I ordered a neon display as a birthday present for my son. I was puzzled that the shipping was not immediate and might miss my son's birthday. Jyotiram from NeonXpert support got straight back to me, told me that each display is custom made to order (great by me), not from stock. Each is assembled and tested from scratch, hence the 2 year guarantee. Jyotiram was absolutely superb throughout, keeping me updated, step by step. He even sent me pictures of the finished illuminated display before it was shipped. FedEx ensured it was delivered via priority shipping from the northern hemisphere to the southern hemisphere in *three* working days (half way around the world, like). My son was surprised and delighted with the display - what more could I ask for. Forza NeonXpert. Your neon search is over.

Reached out twice to find out why it takes so long to fill the order. No response. When it finally arrived, the remote did not work and there were no instructions for operating/fixing or mounting. There is nothing on their website for support or replacement. I’ll have to order a similar remote and controller from another source and cross my fingers. Lousy customer service and support. Too bad because otherwise the sign is pretty nice.

I ordered an OPEN sign for my husbands shop for Christmas. The sign came in a timely manner. We installed it and it was great for about a month and the O and P went out. I contacted Neonxpert support and they responded right away. I sent the pictures of the sign they requested and in about two weeks they sent a new sign!!!!! AWESOME support and AWESOME Company!!! If you need a sign NEONXPERT is the way to go!

We had just had a tiki bar built in our back yard and while scrolling through Facebook, I came across this company who produced lighted signs, exactly what we were looking for. Naturally, I jumped on this. We are so extremely happy with the result. They communicate with you, confirming your order and then send you a picture of the end result. All the additional hardware is included, making installation easy. The price is very reasonable. Thank you for helping us add the final touch to our bar.
