Entreprise incapable d’assurer une livraison. Mon colis se ballade à travers toute la France, dans tous les sens, depuis 1 mois. Service client inexistant. J’exige un remboursement depuis 10 jours, sans succès. À FUIR ! They are thieves. I have been waiting for my order for a month. It will never arrive, and they refuse to refund me. No customer service. Avoid at all costs!!!” Son unos ladrones. He estado esperando mi pedido durante un mes. Nunca llegará, y se niegan a reembolsarme. No hay servicio al cliente. ¡¡¡Evítalos a toda costa!!!

Purchased a strap for my Apple Watch. Quality is not in keeping with the watch - for example, the rubber looks and feels cheap and soft and the butterfly clasp relies solely on its sprung hinges to stay closed - they are not strong enough so the strap is easily popped open by pulling on it. I was foolish enough not to react within the 14 day return window so have simply binned the strap, it’s that poor.

The quality of the products sold by Neolyst are better than any I have purchased elsewhere. I purchased the titanium metal strap and it was perfect. Customer service and response time to emails all within 24hrs which makes them easier to deal with than most Highly Recommended
