I placed an order before reading reviews because at first the company seemed legit, but I haven't even been sent any masks. I am going to contact my bank and lodge a dispute with them, hopefully they can put through a reversal.

Neobosen-This is doggy website , do not buy masks from this supplier, they are sending a small mask which does not fit in your face at all. i am currently had a dispute with them through paypal. seller asked me to return the mask to them before they can issue a refund? why should i pay for the freight for the masks to be send back? it cost me more , the seller has no intention of paying back the refund because they know it cost me more and i will cancels the dispute with paypal Do not buy from this seller , masks came with different size even with the same pattern, can not fit in your face at all, not worth at all , buy some where

I placed an order before reading reviews because at first the company seemed legit. But after placing my order I got a bad feeling about how things were done. I tried going back to cancel the order, no luck. Through their contact us section which worked only for the e-mail I sent a message telling them to cancel the order, they ignored it and sent the items anyways. I messaged them multiple times, I paid through paypal so I believe most of my information is okay, tried filing a dispute but currently has been denied but will file a new one if this company continues to refuse my refund. Their return policy is bogus, they claim that masks can't be returned in their e-mail yet it's not on their return policy, which I provided to them in my email as well as it being their mistake for sending me products I told them to cancel, so they will cover shipping. DO NOT BUY anything from this site.

I really believe this so-called company is a SCAM!!! I ordered 4 masks, and only received 1! Their website is nearly impossible to navigate unless you’re ordering something, and you can’t leave a message at all, because everything you click on yields no results...you can’t inquire about anything, because they made it that way. In the email I received about the order being shipped, even the contact info there doesn’t work, and you can’t submit any messages. Stole my money...will report them for sure.

I was about to complete check out when I read that they want to have the right to keep my credit card information. There was no option to opt out of that and deny them to keep my credit card in their files. So, I just closed out the check out process and started looking online about rather others find neobosen a scam company and I am glad I did because it appears they are a scam. I am going to check out BBB about them and see what is being reported there.

No stars actually- 3 masks ordered 3 weeks ago- still nothing has arrived. Why didn’t I see these reviews before I ordered and why are they still allowed to advertise? Is this criminal activity?

Horrible company. They are a scam. You won't get your order. They just take your money. I am turning them in.

I purchased the mask with face shield. The shield were opaque not clear. You couldn’t really see out of them. The refuse to refund even though they were supposed to have a money back guarantee. Don’t buy from them!!
