Terrible customer service
I've ordered products and the website states that orders are generally fulfilled in 2 working days. My order has been with them for 6 working days without being shipped or even updated. I reached out to them twice since the order has a birthday present, first to enquire about the order, second in order to cancel and refund. They didn't react to any of my requests. Hence, they have terrible customer service.
