I bought this as a present for my wife and was immediately turned off when I received the package. First of all it arrived 3 days late. When we contacted customer service we did not get a response at all even after many attempts. Anyway, when I received the package I noticed that the product did not look exactly as shown on their website and when we tried to use it there was lots of static and we couldn’t hear anything. I am not able to contact anyone and I have now lost the money I paid for this device. I wish it worked and wish that we were able to hear our baby’s heartbeat like many other people did with other products but this one is really bad. Please stay away and save your money and buy where they have good customer service and at least a phone number on the website

I would rate this zero stars if I could. This is a horrible website. I entered ALL of my information correctly yet they sent my package to another state. They have yet to contact me back after multiple emails and calls regarding my refund.
