Everyone who wrote negative reviews should really consider contacting customer support BEFORE bashing this company openly like that. My husband bought me a neeva doppler as an early christmas gift and I already tried it. It is incredible!! It took me a few minutes to really know what to look for but there are so many youtube videos and guides that explain. At first the heartbeat was a little faint, but when I use lots of gel it's better. My baby's heartbeat is pretty fast, and I tried it on my heart so I can tell the difference. Love it, such a great gift.
