Bought this product and was excited when I got it, I tried it and nothing so I made an apt with my obgyn being 14 weeks and they used thiers and we heard baby but I asked if they can try the neeva and nothing, I had a friend who is 30 weeks try it and still didn't work and to return it they charge a re stock fee plus you need to pay to ship back therefore I waste more money and get a lame $30 back. So if they are ok making a profit on a defective item, I may re sell it myself and do the games they play.

This is not working at all. I've been trying since wee 11 and now I'm on week 16 still not working. Don't waste your money. I bought this based on reviews but I think they are all fake now.

Very disappointed poor customer service , invalid tracking number & my package never arrived.. I do not recommend this is a scam !!

I was very excited to receive this product because of COVID my husband is not able to attend appointments with me. The doppler took 2 weeks to arrive and did not work. The doppler at the doctor's office has an accurate reading of the heartbeat of 160. This doppler is telling me anywhere from 30-90. It was very difficult to recognize the heartbeat at all. I'm usually not a negative person but I always read reviews before I purchase anything online. This was definitely not worth it. Save your money.

It never arrived

unfortunately this product i had high expectations for, when i’d turn it on the machine was already at 134 and then would stay that way until i put it on my stomach and then flat lined and i couldn’t pick up anything. So i’m pretty sure it’s broken. not impressed very disappointed feels very cheap

I’m starting to believe more than half of these reviews are complete lies I’ve been emailing Neeva for days and I have yet to get ONE response back my Doppler isn’t working and for 65$ I want a working product or refund but this company doesn’t have a in house customer support so there is no way for me to get this settled and I’m extremely disappointed and upset about because I was looking forward to this

Customer service is awful. I didnt receive my item, got one response back from customer service and nothing else. Did not ship quickly. Too over 2 weeks to get a notification it shipped. I am very disappointed.
