The Doppler didn’t work well for us and when we contacted the company they didn’t respond.

The product doesn’t work

I never received my order after 2 months I was told the item was on back order and I was offered a refund.

Never received my item.

Doppler doesn’t show exact fetal heart rate. I did next day shipping and got the item almost a week later rather than 1-2 days and paid extra. They blamed covid/USPS for the delay yet couldn’t refund me as I did pay $20 to have this expedited to me. I got in contact with USPS, they said it must’ve been an issue with the merchant and to follow up with them.. I made a complaint or request for refund of at least the amount I paid for shipping because I didn’t get what I paid for and they didn’t even bother to respond to me after going back and forth.

What a waste of time and money. You cant hear anything properly. The only reason i even gave this 1 star is because it came in time but its a useless junk and just stressed me out more.
