Customer service was super nice and helpful and quickly sent me a replacement that worked perfectly. I recommend every expecting mom get one of these, they’re so reassuring and gives you peace of mind, knowing your little one is okay. And with COVID limiting partners’ ability to attend appointments, it gives them the ability to hear their baby’s heartbeat, such a sweet and special moment!
