It is a SCAM- they will send you conformation as pending than rep. calls after two hours and trying to sell different flights for a double price it happened to me twice already. It is a SCAM

They give you great prices online and when you called to confirm your reservation, they double the price. I think the FBI should look into this company it’s fraudulent.

Para mi es una estafa, valide por la pagina los vuelos que quera comprar tienen un precio pero cuando llamas te dan el precio real y nada que ver con el que tiene la pagina, es el doble y casi el triple del valor, nunca tienen el de cabina economica solo cabina principal, el servicio al cliente es bueno pero de nada vale el servicio si uno se siente estafado, vuelos que en la pagina dice costar 229 dolares cuando llamas estan en 545 dolares..........

Booked flights this morning for $695 for 2 tickets ($200 less than what Southwest was offering for the same flights...they called back telling me it was going to be $1500!!! and tried to tell me it was $1500 on Southwests site and that my flight was no longer available. It was and I booked direct for $894. If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is! They said they are going to cancel the reservation but I called my credit card company to make sure they don't allow anything to go through...now I have to watch my statement bc they have my card info.

DO NOT BOOK! I purchased 2 tickets and received a call within a couple of hours telling me the price I had been offered is no long available. They then tried to up sell me for an additional $193 a ticket! I told them no and then they kept trying to sell me other tickets. I said NO I want to cancel. I had to basically yell for them to listen. Then they called me back with “manager special” which I knew was still higher than other sites. Now, I am worried about my credit card information.

Reservé directo de la página a un precio y me enviaron confirmación de compra por mail. A las horas me llaman para decirme que los precios estaban mal y me cobraron mas dinero aún. Yo acepté porque la atención fue buena, pero el motivo me dejó dudas, porque no respetaron la compra por la página de internet y luego te convencen por telefono de todo. Luego me pidieron copia por ambos lados de la tarjeta de crédito (el banco dice que eso no se debe hacer) y hoy estan bloqueando mi tarjeta por cargos no reconocidos en el extranjero. Muy extraño pues esa tarjeta solo la usé para la compra de los boletos y a dos semans de regresar del viaje me entraron varios cargos no reconocidos mayores de mil dolares. La tarjeta ya esta cancelada. Muy extraño todo, yo solo les cuento de mi experiencia reciente, mi viaje fue en julio 2023.

They sell at discount prices and steal your credit card information. They then use creative language in order to attempt to upsell. You bought 2 tickets for $500, they have the same ticket for $550 (but they leave out it's each).
