These guys are the best!! I have purchased a bunch of shirts from them and I wear them every day. Not only do they have a great selection, but the printing is high quality. The colors look great after years of wear, and they carry more sizes and styles of blank shirts than any other site I’ve seen. Shipping times are pretty reasonable for custom printed shirts and the prices are in line or better than most other stores. I don’t buy graphic shirts from anywhere else.

My sister and I both bought the same t-shirt for my daughter for Christmas and she opened the present from my sister first, so... I emailed a request for return/exchange instructions. I promptly received instructions on how to handle the situation (donate the extra shirt if I felt so inclined and let NeatoShop know which shirt we'd like instead) and, again, received a prompt response. I liked the opportunity to donate such a cool shirt, and the quick, pleasant interaction with the NeatoShop representative couldn't have gone any better. Customer service is a waning art, so I was happily surprised by the way my request was handled. I recommend.

I LOVE the t-shirts I ordered. They are good quality and beautiful. After they arrived I realized I needed a larger size. NeatoShop fixed everything right away. I plan on shopping here again in the future.

I have been both a customer and a seller for Neatoshop, customer initially. To me, this website provides the best garment quality and printing quality to both a seller/customer can ask for, and that is not even the best part. The best part about Neatoshop is the Customer Service, whenever my packages gets lost due to shipping errors, I will always get a polite and quick response from the guys themselves. The best part is they make sure you get your package first before they offer some kind of full refund or replacement, which is the right way to go. Anyways, the tiny complaint I can only say is that their website needs a little bit of work now since it's not the modern looking website to be honest, but other than that, it is definitely a 5 star shirt website, easily.
