My package got lost in delivery, and NeatoShop was quick to send me a replacement for free. There customer service was polite and efficient.

NeatoShop has been my favorite shop to buy custom tee-shirts and hoodies for a few years now. They are fast, do great custom prints, and have a great customer service (it's very easy to discuss custom art and ensure everything is good before printing). The quality of their products is great, and they last several years easily with proper care! I totally recommend NeatoShop!

So, I purchased a shirt last minute for a family Disney trip, and UPS flubbed the delivery. Alex printed me a new shirt and shipped it to the resort free of charge. Great team and good quality.

Great customer service even with a bad situation. Delivery by USPS did not go well. Package was misdelivered and likely stolen from there. Rather than any hassle, Neato offered to reprint the shirts for me for free, redelivered via UPS so there was no issue this time, and the shirts are fantastic. I'm a repeat customer, with time between orders, but i'll gladly order again.

Where do I even begin. I bought the wrong sized shirt and Alex not only let me keep it but also tossed the right sized one in the next order. Who does that?! NeatoShop does! And Im thankful for that!

Best service ever I had an issue with the local shipping company (BPost in Belgium) charging outrageous fees to manage import taxes and the t shirt was returned to sender. It never arrived and, while I said I was ok with just the T shirt being refunded, I got a full refund. Excellent service no doubt, thanks Alex. L.
