I live in South Korea. Purchased one of their sweaters during a sale, and my package bounced around the world (it went to different parts of the US, to Brazil a few times, even went in and out of Korea at one point.) I sent an email to customer service and got a quick reply offering to re print and ship it at no extra cost. I received the new package and then the one bouncing around about a month later and I was told I could keep it (SUPER nice of Neatoshop to do!). I have never been so impressed by a company’s customer service (how nice, prompt and professional they were, and how it wasn’t a generic copy and paste reply like most companies I’ve ordered from send out). As for the quality, the sweater I ordered is really comfy and the design looks great. I for sure will be ordering from them again. :) Thank you neatoshop!

Print quality is excellent and I love that there are so many options for shirt fit, weave, and style. Also, customer service is great- I ordered a shirt for a Christmas present on Thanksgiving weekend during their sale, and was worried about it not arriving before Christmas. I emailed NeatoShop about it and they expedited my order for free!

I first tried Neatoshop many years ago after hearing about there print quality. And what can I say, I wasn’t disappointed! The shirts fit perfectly and as described and the prints are perfect. I now work with Neatoshop who print my designs and have never had a complaint about the quality. I’ve sold hundreds and all my reviews are perfect 5stars. They offer the best prints and outstanding customer service. Truly would be lost without them. Highly recommend

Fantastic!!... All the way around!! Selection.Service. Delivery. Quality. They were the only place who had what I was looking for. Plus, they are real actual people you can converse with! The shirts are excellent quality only exceeded by customer service. One of my shirts had a defect and they replaced it for no charge. They do their own work and do not rely on the crap that comes out of China. Great company! TJ in RSM CA

I've been working with Neatoshop as an artist since nearly their beginning. I've stuck with them because of their excellent quality. I know when I send my clients there, NeatoShop will represent me embarrassingly well. There are a few printers who may be cheaper, but none can match the awesome prints I get from Neatoshop (who also, weirdly, have great prices). Plus, they always treat me and my clients spectacularly. I know this review sounds like a load of billowy butt-kissing, but honestly, they are fantastic.

Amazing prints on quality tops, that dont fade in the wash. Helpful customer support and quick shipping. Highly recommended.
