NeatoShopReviews of neatoshop.com

I ordered a t-shirt from this shop in May as a friend’s birthday gift. It arrived in perfect condition, good quality and great design. Because there were some problems regarding the delivery time (my country’s fault), I had to be in touch with Alex, the owner, on a regular basis. I have never met him in person, but he’s truly one of the most honest, comprehensive and thoughtful businessman and person I’ve known. If you’re looking to buy something unique, good quality and with an amazing costumer service, this is the shop to look at. Sending my best wishes from Portugal and will buy from them again in the future.

Perfect quality shirts, and excellent service: my package got misplaced by Dutch mail, and Neatoshop replaced the order at no cost (and even threw in a bonus shirt!). I've never encountered service like this in my life! Shirts stay nice even after many washings too!

This is the best online store I've shopped at in years. I ordered a shirt and was delivered the wrong size. Upon filing a complaint, I got a reply the same day from their customer service department. Not only they sent me a free of charge shirt of the correct size, but they told me I could keep the wrong one or donate to a charity. 10 thumbs up, highly recommended. Thsnk you!

Took a punt with Neatoshop based on the amazing t shirt designs and was not let down, great quality materials, extremely pleased with the chosen products that arrived and wont be hesitating to use Neatoshop again; still so many designs to look through i could be ordering for years to come. You find a company like this once in a blue moon, I'm chuffed to bits with these guys ✌✌✌

Had issues with shirt not showing up and he was easy to talk to and made another shirt and bonus shirt for the shipping issues! My kid loves the shirts and we will order again !

Ordered two shirts: "Only Zuul" t-shirt, which was a play on the Ghostbusters creatures and the Red Bull logo (fantastic), and "Lone Pine Mall" (a riff on Back to the Future). The shirts were meant to be a gift but I had to cancel the order after finding a different gift option. Alex, the owner of NeatoShop, refunded me immediately and still sent me both shirts for free. It was fantastic. Will definitely buy again!

Huge list of designs with something for every taste. Good quality shirts and print on a variety of colours. Unbeatable customer service: free replacement and shipping for item lost in the mail (re-sent with upgraded shipping). Can't recommend highly enough.

Exceptional! My post office delivered the shirt I ordered to some building with a reception area/front desk/postal room...and I’m like “I didn’t even know I had any of these rooms”.. needless to say when I contacted Neatoshop, they sent out a replacement that arrived within 2 days. Very happy and will continue to order more shirts. Thank you!!
