Received my holiday order and one of the shirts was incorrect (could see why this occurred as the title of the shirt was very similar to the correct shirt). I contacted NeatoShop support (easy to find) even weeks after I received my order and explained in detail what happened and their awesome support agent Alex was quick to respond and super helpful to rectify the issue. Apologized for the mixup, offered to send the correct shirt (which they were able to identify from my order #) free of charge and checked for the correct address, and advised no further action was needed on my part other than to keep the original shirt, give it to a friend or donate to charity! This is amazing customer service and communication which says a lot for an indie small business and I am %100 beyond satisfied and extremely happy to continue supporting them in the future!

After ordering a Christmas gift from neato, the shipping seemed to have disappeared. Everyone over at the shop did whatever they could to make sure I had that order by the holidays. And I did. Regardless of the amazing quality of their items, it’s the customer service that will keep me coming back. So beyond satisfied.

This is a legit shop. The shirts are great quality and last years. Also the womens slim fit is actually a slim fit. It takes around 2 months for postage to the UK but that's pretty normal. Would defo shop again. Thanks

These guys are top-notch!!!...Not only are the t-shirts excellent quality (no cheap 50/50 cotton-poly fabric that fades after the first wash crapola) but also the wide range of available film/tv categories and genres are mind blowing (especially the mash-ups and mix-ins of said categories and genres)... Aside from a few Japanese sites, NeatoShop is the best t-shirt website this side of the Pacific!!!... I also had a problem with a double order on one purchase (my fault) and Alex from NeatoShop took care of it with no problems!!!... I will continue to shop at NeatoShop and will tell all my family and friends to do the same!!!...

Neatoshop is where I get artist printed tees shirts for my Hubby my plus size significant other. It is a very size inclusive company that carries up to size 10x in unisex style shirts in a variety of colors. The designs affixed to their shirts holds up really well in the wash, really much better than their competitors. Neatoshop has a rewards system that lets you earn credit back on your orders that you can use towards future purchases. Every experience I've had with Customer Service has been exceptional. I can't say enough good things about them! They even have a design service if you want to get shirts made. So if you are planning a trip and want to get family shirts made, no one has to be left out because they carry all the sizes!

Neatoshop came through for me in multiple ways when I was in a pinch for secret santa gift that needed to be delivered by Christmas. First, they are the only store that had the size I was looking for. I searched all the major retailers, the online ones like Etsy, and I even went to a couple of custom shirt shops in my area to no avail. Second, after I found the exact shirt, I emailed their customer service to find out if my name would show as the sender. With this being a secret santa deal, the person is not supposed to know who I am. I received a response almost immediately. I was shocked. They told me they would blank out my name. Perfect! Third, a day after placing my order I realized that I should've chosen priority shipping in order for it to arrive by Christmas. I emailed customer service again to see if I could change it. Again, I received an immediate response and was told they would take care of it. They saved my butt. I am amazed at the outstanding responsiveness and incredible level of customer care. I have never quite experienced such attentiveness and willingness to accommodate. And I have quite a few decades of shopping experience under my belt. I will be shopping at NeatoShop in the future and telling all my friends and family to support this business. This is what business and customer care should be all about. They also have incredibly cool stuff :)

I have been so impressed with the amazing and incredibly unique and original designs and the superb quality of the shirts that this has become my go-to shop both for me and for gifts. The customer service is also exceptional. When I needed assistance, they reached out to me right away and were more than happy to help.

I am giving the Neatoshop a 5 star e review! I I ordered two shirts for my boyfriend for Christmas. A few days later I asked them for the status of when they would be shipped. I received a response right away from Alex, who explained because of Covid, there are delays, but put he put my order to the front of the queue and I received them a week later. They are perfect & are just as they looked on the website. I am very happy & will order more from them in the future. Their customer service & response time is great! More companies should be like the Neatoshop!
