NeatopodReviews of neatopod.com

I found the place via a random comment on an internet forum, and I liked the emphasis on quality. I ordered some t-shirts for the team, and so far, I'm happy with the quality/result. On top of that, the price and the service were super solid. I will be ordering again.

NeatoPOD’s dedication to faithfully converting a T-shirt designer’s artwork into high-quality prints has earned them a loyal following and well-deserved respect in the t-shirt design community. Their commitment to consistent quality, fine detail, and colour accuracy is unmatched and stands proudly alongside any other POD provider in an increasingly crowded market. But the single biggest difference between NeatoPOD and other POD providers isn’t the equipment or the print quality—it’s the owner, Alex. Alex has been printing T-shirts for artists longer than I’ve been designing them (14 years!). He was already a well-respected name when I first began, known in the T-shirt design community as someone who took the time to build relationships with designers, answer their questions, and ensure their shirts looked every bit as good as their customers expected. Fourteen years later, NeatoPOD’s T-shirts are somehow better than ever—and Alex is still the nicest guy in the industry.

Alex was so helpful and communicative when it came to my order. It's been a great and easy experience working with Neatopod. I would recommend it to everyone! Give them a shot if you haven't yet. You won't be disappointed.

Great customer service and communication

Alex has been communicative, open, and very easy to work with. Highly suggest working with neatopod!

Neatopod has been a standout in a time when good customer service feels rare. Alex is very responsive, helpful, and upfront about processing/printing times, which is a huge help. Their catalog of blanks is solid, with great pricing for the quality. Definitely a go-to for anyone looking for reliable printing partner!

In a world where there are many POD services to choose from, it can be overwhelming to know exactly what is the best one to choose from. Is the print going to turn out accurate? Are all my colors and details going to be fully represented from my original design file? Luckily, Neatopod does not compromise when it comes to print. I have tried several other companies like Printful, and the difference between the prints of the same exact design is staggering. Neatopod gives you a much higher color spectrum, the colors are more saturated, and the details are more clear. In addition, I have found the prints to hold up better after washer and dryer. The owner Alex is helpful, communicative, and made the process a very positive experience. If you want high quality custom t-shirts, I highly recommend Neatopod.

Alex is incredibly helpful and professional. The quality of prints is better than any POD I've tried. He even offers a free test print to compare quality. Incredibly responsive, great customer service. He was even willing to take production photos for our press kit for our business. Through the Canada Post strike, he was proactive about explaining the current state of shipping, and provided updates on when we'd be able to receive our prints. They have an incredible inventory, and are constantly updating their catalogue. I was particularly happy to see a wide range of sizes, upwards of 9XL and I believe higher sizes can be accommodated if requested. I wouldn't consider working with another POD specialist after working with NeatoPod. They are simply the best in the business for quality and customer service.
