Incredibly poor customer service. I put an order in on 30/05, and as of today (27/12) not only have I not received the merchandise but also no news whatsover on the status. I have written to ask to cancel the order and received no answer. I don't know how such a respectful organisation as the NBA can work with such people, this is a scam.

I ordered a Christmas gift on 11/20/23 and was told it would be arriving on 12/14/23. The 14th came and nothing arrived. I then reached out on 12/15/23 and was told that the item is out of stock which was news to me since at no point it was communicated to me that it wouldn’t arrive and they had no information on when it would be expected to arrive. So I am extremely disappointed and plan to never purchase something through their store again.

This website logistics is HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time with ordering anything from here. They will not deliver your order and will not give any details regarding the status of your order. The customer support does nothing regarding creating a resolution. Roadie is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Nba Store using unreliable logistics company is alarming. I still have not had any refund or resolution to receive my order.

Would have given them 0 star if I could. Only robot response, after three days of trying with a robot I got a “fan person” to be told you need to wait another three days. Call them in the UK or send an email. They say our item was delivered, I have no item and no refund. Definitely wouldn’t recommend spending your money here, worst customer service ever. 😡

Took my money and never got my $140 jersey! Nobody to talk to. No response to emails. Phone line in the UK is a robot! Absolutely 100% worst ‘shopping’ experience of my life! Scammers!!!

Ordered multiple times in US and EU stores. I have never received an item on time, and customer service can never help or provide adequate reasoning. Also, the $9.99 return (per item!) is ridiculous.
