I bought 2 shirts from the NBA 2024 finales. Y’all ought to be ashamed of yourself charging 30and 40 dollars for these shirts. I washed these shirts and the color was dull and it shrunk. Not cool at all and I will not purchase not an another thing. This is a rip off do not buy from this store not worth the money are time spent

3 semaines pour recevoir un article incomplet avec le mauvais badge par rapport à celui demandé... j'ai eu mieux et plus rapide sur des sites "non-officiels" c'est une véritable honte, mais ils n'ont pas l'air de se soucier des avis vu le niveau... Le comble est que le retour n'est pas accepté car considéré "maillot personnalisé" alors qu'à la base j'ai acheté le nom et numéro d'un joueur qui n'est rien d'autre que Finals MVP cette année A l'image de leur League Pass, à force de sous-traiter tous leurs services à des tocards la NBA se tire une balle dans le pied niveau image, rien ne fonctionne correctement avec eux

J'ai commandé à NBA Store et j'ai retourné l'article car il est arrivé avec 2 mois de retard (après Noël) et l'entrepôt l'a bien récupéré. Je n'ai aucune nouvelle du remboursement. Aucune nouvelle de leur part malgré mes multiples relances par mail. Ce site de vente en ligne est à fuir.

I thought my purchase was coming from an Australian store as the web address was Australian. Delivery was advertised as between 6 - 12 days. After 14 days I decided to check what was happening through the tracking number. I was so upset to see that my order was coming from London, not Australia. Now my grandson won't receive his birthday present on time. This company is not transparent, and I will never again purchase from any store saying they are NBA.

NBA STORE (eu) (au) poor quality regional cousin. Letters peeling off the "custom made" jersey, even though I just ordered a Curry jersey. Letters were a different yellow to the jersey. All they say is any fault should be reported within 45 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.
