Ordered 3 Knicks t-shirts. 2 didn’t fit. I went into the store for an easy return and was told they don’t honor online returns because it’s NBA Fanatics. Came home and started the process to return online. NBA FANATICS is charging me $9.99 for shipping. Seriously! Michael Rubin the owner of Fanatics who posts all these pics with all these famous, celebrities and athletes from his annual white party, who’s worth $9.6 BILLION dollars has his company charging regular, everyday “9 to 5vers,” $10 to return items! Joke.

Was trying to return two Knicks hats that didnt have logo as I wanted. Received merchandise with no receipts or information to call ,email or how to return. Called twice to return as the hats not same as advertised. Having problem returning,only a automated system answers,called twice and emails text mentioned nothing received . I felt being scammed. I will not order from this store again. Still waiting for 1 championship hat which takes 2 months before arriving.

Just horrible order fulfillment. They have an nba champion every year but are not prepared to fulfill orders with merch. Horrible experience, I def will not use them in the future and buy other places that can actually handle the orders. ordered items over a month ago and they still have not been sent out (mind you they are in stock). just a joke

Ordered size M and received XL Contacted NBA Store via chat to see about getting correct size and was told I can send the shirt I received back and once they received I could get a refund I clarified that I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the shirt size I ordered, and they never responded back and the chat timed out after 15 minutes

I had a very bad experience with the NBA store. I ordered the New York Knicks NBA champions, special edition shirt. I ordered ahead of time cause I knew they were gonna get sold out then once it got delivered it wasn’t there. I talked to someone. They said wait until three days and today is day three nothing now I spoke to another person saying they can’t do anything. They can’t refund me anything they can’t send me a new one and when I talk to the first person, they said they would do that. This company is liars and they don’t care about you everyone and all the fans should get to get together and never get anything from the store. 

I placed an order for a shirt 5/24/26 that was supposed to ship on or by 6/8/26 and arrive by 6/11/26. I checked the status 6/10/26 and it was still "processing." I reached out to customer service and they said they would not be able to help me until 6/11/26. I check the status today and my order was canceled!! Apparently the item is out of stock, but my order went through without almost 3 weeks ago without an issue. Why did this not happen until my order was supposed to arrive? Customer service was less than helpful. Very disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone!

Packaging for my new cap consisted of a thin box with nothing inside to protect the cap - no bubble wrap or even butchers paper. Box came squashed, partially open, and my new cap was half crushed. As someone who posts a lot of orders , I would never package something with such disregard for the item. It's as if a child or a new ebay seller posting there first ever order packaged it. Unacceptable, lazy, and shameful. Probably the worst packaging I've ever received an item in.

I made a purchase that they refused to do any inquiries until the last date of the 2.5 week window... They discovered it was lost... They then promised me an extradited courier service that was just to get me off the phone... It was a LIE! And the replacement order is now also lost... I spent 1.5 hours on the phone for the rep to argue, pretend to get a manager 7 times... Promised one would contact me back... Another LIE! This has to be the most inept company I've ever seen! Unbelievable!!
