I am about to loose my cool. Ordered two things, a hoodie and a ball. 3 weeks go by and they refund money for the hoodie all though the website claims to have it in stock, they never even notified me about the refund. I pass the estimated arrival date for the ball and it hadnt even shipped. I waited another week before i emailed them, where they said they were waiting for a restock, which has been their answer ever since. They update the website with a"will be shipped by" but they never do. Waited since august 28th, it is the 11th of october and on mail they say that itll ship in november. On the website it says that if you order now it will be sent by the 18th.... DISSAPOINTED

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY DELETE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS ON THEIR INSTA PAGE AND STATE “it was an accident.” Order an item a month and a half ago and still have not received it.

If I could I would give them a 0 stars rating. I will try to make this short as possible. Horrible experience. I can't believe this is a official nba store site that sels nike products. Immediately after I ordered jersey from their site I went on google to check up some reviews and when I read the reviews I was in disbelief. There are so many different sites with customers reviews and are all so bad but trust me there should be much much more of this so we can warn people from buying ever on this site. Compared to other people I had luck while I recieved my item which was damaged btw and if you think about contacting them or making refund, return or switch I wish you nothing but luck. Please don't buy from this site and save yourself a big trouble.

If you are thinking of ordering off the NBA store you better order 3 months before you actually need your item, it took them 45 day to send my order out. Now almost 2 months after ordering one jersey ( not custom ) I’m still waiting. I understand slow shipping due to Covid. But 45 day to dispatch an order ! Crazy. For a very established company they absolutely suck at shipping, customer service and overall ability to communicate with customers who have spent 100’s of dollars with them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

C'è scritto risposte dal servizio clienti in 24 ore, da 3 giorni ho inviato mail e l'unica risposta che ho avuto é stata "non ci risulta il suo numero d'ordine". L'addebito sulla carta di credito l hanno fatto immediatamente ma il mio pacco neanche esiste.

Una Stella perche meno non si può! Scandalosi hanno trattenuto 200€ dell'ordine per due mesi, consegna in due mesi servizio clienti inesistente due spedizioni per un ordine. assistenza al reso scandalosa! DA EVITARE TASSATIVAMENTE!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an order back in November 2020. Paid more than $100 for a jacket, they said it was delayed and it was going to arrive by January 14th. I called today January 18th and they say is no longer available! What the hell! Waited 3 months for them to say they do not have it anymore? When I paid for it 3 months ago!!!! I will never ever buy from this NBA online store, again!. They are full of BS. Never again!

I ordered a Raptors hooded sweatshirt on October 25th as a Christmas gift for my husband. When I received my order confirmation, it told me the estimated arrival date was November 25th. On November 24th my estimated arrival date was updated to December 22nd. I was annoyed, but understood that Covid-19 was causing shipping delays and I only needed it to arrive for Christmas. It did not arrive on December 22nd. On December 23rd, the arrival date was updated to January 8th. I spent over $100 on this sweatshirt. If I'd been told at the time that it would arrive after Christmas, I could have cancelled my order and given him something else. As it was, I did not have time to get him another Christmas gift. I feel they were being intentionally deceptive so that I would not cancel my order. I would NEVER ORDER FROM NBA FANATICS AGAIN.
