In reference to nbastore.ca please do not order from them. This has been one of the worst online retail experiences. The first sweater came used. The second was a toronto raptors sweater with a chicago bulls logo (I kid you not). They refused to replace it (as per their policy). Provided a prepaid shipping logo but then ended up charging us for shipping back the sweater. Also didn't refund back the gift card used. We're out over $70 with nothing to show for it. They offered us a 10% discount though which I can promise you will never be used. Terrible terrible service and terrible quality. Stick with the branded stuff and steer clear. I gave them three months to get this right and this is where we are currently.

Terrible and nearly impossible to get an order through. I have an expiring gift card I've been unable to use since January. They will not let you place any backorders yet they NEVER have any stock. All their customer service told me was to call some number that didn't help one bit either. Their website is a joke and customer service is their punchline.

I purchased my bulls shirt in july 2021 now its march, Nothing... They didnt even say it was sent to my house and it never came. I couldt even mail them becuse they had an auto mail and never said the real one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

Terrible. My father in law purchased a gift for my son in August 2021...it's almost February 2022 and the item hasn't arrived. The 'customer service' or lack thereof say they cannot talk to me because I didn't purchase the item but my FIL has copied me on the e-mails requesting an update because he wants me to take over this situation. This business doesn't have the right to trade. What a joke.

Attempted multiple orders. Every order cancelled right away with no explanation.

2 commandes, 2 problèmes! La première a eu 2 semaines de retard et la 2eme n'a jamais été livrée (colissimo): commande le 26.11, livraison prévue le 13 décembre, aujourd'hui 21/01: toujours rien et commande disparue des radars (colissimo et autre suivis). Multiples mails et appels (à mes frais puisque hors UE) avec pour solution un lien pour un suivi qui n'existe pas. J'ai perdu 200€ et mon fils son cadeau de Noël. Insupportable
