Bad experience with the NBA Store. I bought a basketball hoop that leaked water, fell and broke. As I bought it at Walmart, the NBA Store does not want to honor the warranty because it was not purchased directly from them. Walmart says the warranty is the manufacturer's responsibility.

der Service ist absolut unterirdisch, wenn es um Retouren geht. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber nach dieser Erfahrung... Ich habe für meinen 12-jährigen, normal gewachsenen, Sohn einen Basketballtrikot eine Nummer größer in M bestellt. Normalerweise trägt er Größe S. Die Sendung kam nach 11 Tagen. Nach dem Auspacken kam dann die Ernüchterung. Das Trikot hat zwar wirklich gute Qualität, doch es ist viel zu klein (kleiner als Größe S). Die Retour funktioniert nur Online über die Webseite. Leider war meine Bestellung für die Retour zunächst gesperrt. Also habe ich den Servicecenter schriftlich kontaktiert. Nach dem 1. Schreiben hat man mich erneut auf die Onlineretourenanmeldung verwiesen. Also habe ich erneut ein Schreiben an den Servicecenter geschickt. Einige Tage kam nichts. Nach dem 3. Schreiben mit Nachdruck wurde dann meine Bestellung für die Retour freigegeben. Beim Ausfüllen hat man die Auswahl zwischen 13,50 EUR und 14,40 EUR für die Versandkosten, die man auch sofort per Kreditkarte oder PayPal zahlen muss. Ich frage mich wofür und warum diese Wucherpreise? Das Trikot wiegt keine 250 Gramm! Anderenfalls wird die Retour nicht vollständig bearbeitet und man bekommt kein Retouren-Aufkleber. Das wollte ich nicht akzeptieren und habe erneut den Servicecenter kontaktiert. Servicecenter hatte mir nur mitgeteilt, dass sie nichts machen können und das die online hinterlegten Preise richtig seien. Fazit: nun habe ich für beide Versandrichtungen insgesamt 20,49 EUR bezahlt, habe kein Trikot und eine Menge Zeit verschwendet. Wirklich schade, denn die Ware ist wirklich hochwertig verarbeitet. Spart euch den Stress und lasst bloß die Finger von diesem Shop.

Ridiculous experience. I ordered a jersey, paid for 2-4 business day delivery. Two weeks after the order, it is still "processing". Upon approaching customer service I was told they have no idea when it's going to be ready, and that I have the option to wait or two cancel. I replied that I would like to cancel, to which they replied "you can't". I can see from the rest the reviews here that this is a business that lies to its customers about product availability, and does not know how to handle customers. I will dispute the charge with my bank. Stay away.

Absolutely terrible place to order from. They charge you for a certain shipping deal and then don’t honor it. I will NOT EVER ADVISE SOMEONE TO ORDER FROM HERE AS I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

This company is the worst I have ever done online business with. First, placed the order in November, with ETA 16th Dec. It came one month late in January. Secondly, the shirt was defective (collar not symmetrical, impossible to wear). Thirdly, I sent them pictures as a proof of the defect. They asked more. i provided more pics. Then, I again could not believe my eyes. They accepted that there is a defect, but still wanted me to send the shirt for quality assesment! It has been over two months from the order and I should send the shirt, wait 1 month for deliveries... Wont happedn, rather burn the damn shirt.

Still waiting for sons Christmas & it is now end of January. Probably won't fit him by the time gets here. Tracking says should've been here by now. Clothes arnt cheap either. No way to contact them except live chat & then noone a available to chat. Wish I read reviews first. Never again. Don't order from them

If I could give no stars I would. Extremely dissatisfied with this 'service'. I ordered 4 x products and spent a small fortune. Placed order mid November as website said it would arrive well in time for Christmas. Got tracking to say whole order would arrive, ONE of four items was in package and not very good quality and the other 3 items never arrived. After NUMEROUS attempts to contact NBA store via many platforms, there was no reply or any communication received from them. It is now late January and my other 3 items have still not arrived, no tracking received and no response from NBA store. Paypal lodged a claim and I will be receiving a refund,.but what stressful experience and waste of time, not to mention, my 10 year old son never received his Christmas present. Completely unacceptable and would strongly discourage anyone from buying from this store. I only wish I had read the reviews myself before purchasing.

Ordered a jersey as Xmas present for my son but did not arrive. I should have checked the reviews first before ordering. No refund no product. Still waiting for the reply to my emails. I purchased it November 2022.
