It's been a terrible experience ever since the NBA switched to the new Microsoft app. I can't imagine why Microsoft would put their name on something so crappy

Ripoff, can't watch my team in the Playoffs because they say it's broadcast in my local area. However, to watch it in my local area I would have to BUY another subscription to FUBO. What a joke.

NBA is the greatest show on earth but their app is just so darn bad! It's buggy, the video freezes or is choppy, it crashes almost constantly, which made the experience (literally) impossible to watch more often than not. On top of that you pay a premium price, and when I tried to get a refund because the app and streaming quality was so bad it was unwatchable, their customer service is almost worse than their app! Feeling very ripped off and unsure I'll keep following the NBA as a result.

Such a bad app. Makes me sign in every time and has a really choppy stream most of the time. So tired of using this app I payed good money for. Not worth at all , at this point I’d rather just watch highlights on YouTube…

The blackouts are so dumb. Why am I paying for this?

Had someone use my bank details to purchase a subscription fraudulently, all they did was claim they took no funds from me repeatedly and kept telling me to speak to my bank despite my bank telling me they cannot cancel the subscription only the provider could

Terrible, laggy. Just another cash grab. This app is good if you want epilepsy, stress or a headeache. Not for samsung tv owners too.
