I am very happy with MEDIGAP . They help me keep my costs down while getting the best service. They are great.

Duane was great at helping us through the medicare mess with patience and a caring attitude. I will recommend him to all our friends.

John helped me understand the two big choices I had to make between Medicare and a Medicare Advantage plan. He helped me get my accounts set up in no time. Additionally he helped me choose a supplementary plan by clarifying my financial options. More than anything, John took time to patiently answer my every question. I am grateful for his pleasant demeanor and giving me confidence that I was making good decisions. Everything is going very well, I must say.

I had Humana and was going to keep it until I tried on three separate occasions to get information I needed. Person I spoke with with spoke very broken English and was not able or willing to answer my questions. When I finally spoke with your representative, I was able to choose a policy and felt like I had information to make an informed decision. He was very precise, personable, and had no problem answering my questions. I had worked with him previously and was very happy with his service. I am grateful for his candor, his compassion, and his integrity. Qualities like that are few and far between so I hope you will work to make sure he stays with you!

My agent, Duane Robertson, is knowledgeable, concise, and a pleasure to work with. I feel well informed and sure of the choices I've made. He represents Navigate Medigap very well, so I'm sure I've chosen the right company!

Duane's, knowledge, and helpfulness are undeniable. I have recommended friends and family to speak with him.
