Ms. Acala made the transition to my new policies with Medicare a lot easier and less stress than 2 years ago when I applied at a different company. I have talked to some of my friends that will be going onto Medicare in the near future, they have Ms. Acalas email and will contact her when the time comes. John Rather was a delight to work with. I had been inundated with phone calls from various insurance companies, brokers, etc., for medicare. I had received different information and was totally confused on what to do and how to pick coverages that were right for me and wouldn't break the bank. John was very patient, kind and knowledgeable and I felt a bond with him. He helped me through the process and then continued to check up on me and not "abandon" me like others had.

About six months ago before I turned 65 I began getting a lot of phone calls concerning my Medicare. I listened to a few and it was very confusing but mostly seemed to be trying to sell me their insurance. I was very overwhelmed but my Jesus was watching over me and eventually connected me with an angel, Cynthia Aguilar! She was so easy to understand and said she was going to explain Medicare with a supplement and Medicare Advantage. Very patiently, she did just that! She gave me time to write everything down and together we chose the plan that would fit my needs. She has continued to keep in touch and helped me with so much information! She has assisted me in getting all the benefits I qualified for. Cindy is not only my agent for life but has become a very good friend. I’ve had to have her call me back when the timing was not convenient for me and she has always called me when it’s a better time, she never forgets! She listens to my concerns and always answers my questions in a way that I understand. I truly believe she is very sincere in wanting to help me. It seems as though I am her only client but I am certain that she gives that same attention and care to each and every one of her clients. I will always be so grateful that she is my Medicare Agent!!
