The Rep I spoke with was the best thing about the whole experience. Cindy Aguilar is by far hands down the most excellent rep I have ever had the please of working with. She was amazingly educated on Medicare. She never gave up on me. I am 65 and she made SURE I understood everything single thing I needed. What a true asset she is to your company.
